Delivery Costs

The costs of delivery for each ordered items will be as displayed to you on our website. Please see below ‘Shipping costs’ for more information.

Shipping Costs

For Buyers. For local buyers (Hong Kong), shipping costs are waived. Chadi – Feel Good Luxury’s secured contractor (TNT) will ship your ordered item(s) for free at your doorstep. For international buyers (all countries except Hong Kong), shipping costs amount to 40 USD. Our secured contractor for international buyers is FedEx.

For Sellers or Consignors. For local consignors (Hong Kong), shipping costs are waived. Chadi – Feel Good Luxury’s secured contractor will collect your item(s) to consign for free. Simply pack your item(s) in a box, provide us with the box's dimensions, let us know when you are ready for pick-up and provide us with your pick-up address. We will provide you with a label to print and stick to your box. Our local secured contractor, TNT, will come at your given address to collect the parcel. For international consignors (all countries except Hong Kong), shipping costs and shipping set ups are at the consignor’s own charge and responsibility. We recommend to use FedEx as they are top professionals and will do their utmost best to make sure your package(s) reach(es) our headquarters in Hong Kong. Please note that Hong Kong being a tax free zone, there will be no VAT or taxes once we receive your consigned item(s).

Detailed Shipping Information for Buyers and Consignors

We ship globally. Our secured contractor will deliver your order to your doorstep within 1 to 6 days depending on the destination. For Hong Kong, we will deliver between 1 to 3 days once your order is processed. For all countries except Hong Kong, we will deliver between 3 to 6 days once your order is processed. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. Once you have confirmed your purchase, you will receive a first email confirming your order and you will receive a second email during the following days with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. The mentioned time frames for each order do not include potential customs clearance processes.

Simply click on “Consign with Chadi” on our website Fill in the requested information. We will write back to you either validating your request to consign your item(s) with us or refusing your item(s). We reserve the rights to refuse an item if a) its condition is not at the minimum required condition criteria which is good condition (see Condition Criteria), (b) if the brand does not fit our requirements, (c) if the item is not commercially attractive. In all cases, Chadi – Feel Good Luxury reserves the right to accept or not any item you wish to consign. Once we have validated your item(s) you wish to consign, simply ship it/them to our Hong Kong headquarters’ address (Unit B, 14 Headland Road, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong). You will receive notification upon reception. Our team led by Swiss experts thoroughly checks and certifies each item. Except for Hong Kong, the shipping costs are at the consignor’s own charge and responsibility. For Hong Kong consignors, we offer free pick-up service for your consigned items.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If you wish to meet face-to-face to either collect the products you have ordered or if you wish to deposit your consigned items directly, you can contact us at: to agree on a place, time and date at which you will be able to either pick up your order or consign your items.

Your goods are kept safely at our headquarters until sold.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, our secured contractor will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, it will be at your own expenses and responsibility.

A product which is goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver, or attempt to deliver (check 'If you are not at home when the product is delivered" for more information), the product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.

If you are a buyer, you own a product once we have received payment in full. If you are a consignor, you own a product until it is sold to a buyer and you receive your payment.

We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you, for example, address of delivery. If so, this will have been stated in the description of the products on our website. We will contact you in writing to ask for this information. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result.

We may have to suspend the supply of a product to deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes to our website.
